  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange bacon on a wire rack over a baking tray. Bake for about 15 minutes.
