Delicious and effortless pulled BBQ chicken made in a crockpot, perfect for sandwiches, tacos, or on its own.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Spray the interior of a large crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. 4. Place seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour BBQ sauce mixture on top.
