Ingredients

  • 3 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar (for the sweet potato mix)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened (for the sweet potato mix)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar (for the topping)
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted (for the topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (for the topping)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
