Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the chicken breasts and coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
