Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 cups water or milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or blueberry yogurt)
  • 2-3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine the blueberries and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Mix gently and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, 3 cups of water or milk, 4 tablespoons of maple syrup, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until fully mixed.
  3. 3. In serving jars or bowls, layer the blueberry mixture at the bottom. Top with the oat mixture.
