Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium waxy potatoes (Pommes de terre)
  • 1 pound meatballs (Boulettes de viande)
  • 1 cup cheese (Fromage, mozzarella or cheddar recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (Sel)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (Poivre)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (Beurre)
  • Fresh herbs (Herbes, optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and slice them.
  2. 2. In a baking dish, layer the potato slices on the bottom.
  3. 3. Add meatballs on top of the potato slices.
