Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 400g smoked cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 kg pork loin
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. 1. Break the broccoli into small florets and boil for 2-3 minutes. Drain and chop finely after transferring to an ice bath.
  2. 2. Mix chopped broccoli with salt, pepper, grated smoked cheese, and cream cheese.
  3. 3. Pound the pork chops thin and season with salt, refrigerating for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Spread the filling on one side of each chop, securing if necessary.
  5. 5. Coat the stuffed pork in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
