Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
4 tablespoons chia seeds
3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups milk

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and milk.
2. Stir everything together until well mixed.
3. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.
4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. When you’re ready to eat, serve it with your favorite toppings.
