Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 3 cups sturdy tortilla chips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crispy bacon (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese (optional, crumbled)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine the shredded or diced cooked chicken with the buffalo sauce, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. 3. Spread the tortilla chips out in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
  4. 4. Top the tortilla chips with the buffalo chicken mixture, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
