Description

Crispy egg rolls filled with buffalo chicken flavor, perfect for a snack or party.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. 2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the chilled filling in the center.
  4. 4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the left and right corners. Brush the top corner with water to seal.
  5. 5. Roll the egg roll tightly from the bottom to the top and press firmly to seal.
  6. 6. Heat 2 to 3 inches of vegetable oil in a pot to 350°F.
  7. 7. Carefully lower the egg rolls into the hot oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. 8. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel lined plate. Serve with extra ranch or blue cheese.
