Description
A creamy cheesecake with a uniquely dark, caramelized top for a rich flavor.
Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
5. Gradually add the flour and salt, incorporating until just combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is deeply golden and the center is still slightly jiggly.
8. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
