Description

A quick, tasty snack that transforms humble cauliflower into a crispy treat using the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  2. 2. Peel and slice the garlic clove, then toss with the cauliflower.
  3. 3. Drizzle sunflower oil over the florets, add paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and cook at 190°C (375°F) for approximately 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
