Description
Warm, fluffy cheese scones that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
3/4 cup milk
Optional: fresh herbs (chives or thyme)

Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add cold, cubed butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Stir in shredded cheese and optional herbs.
5. Pour in milk and stir until just combined.
6. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface until smooth.
7. Shape the dough into a 1-inch thick circle and cut into wedges.
8. Place scones into the air fryer basket.
9. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
10. Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
