Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: toppings like bacon bits, pickles, or additional cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
