Ingredients
1 (about 20–24 oz) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)
6–8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
1 small onion, diced
4 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk (whole or 2% recommended)
1/2–1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/4–1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Combine thawed hash browns, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced onion, beaten eggs, and milk in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to mix.
