Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with ground beef, crispy bacon, and cheesy goodness, perfect for a snack or casual dinner.
Ingredients
12 large portobello or cremini mushrooms, caps only
1 pound ground beef (80/20 recommended)
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth.
3. Remove the stems to create a hollow cavity for stuffing.
4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked (about 7 to 10 minutes).
5. Drain any excess fat.
6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
7. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the cheesy bacon beef mixture.
8. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
9. Once baked, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
