Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot.
  2. 2. Spiral-cut the potatoes using a spiralizer.
  3. 3. Carefully place the spiral-cut fries into the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy.
  4. 4. Remove fries, drain them on paper towels, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Arrange the fries on a serving platter.
  6. 6. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the top, then sprinkle with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
