Delicious and easy-to-make pizza rolls filled with chicken, cheese, and buffalo sauce—perfect for snacks or meals.
Ingredients
2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded or diced
1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 package Pizza Dough, refrigerated
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 tbsp Green Onions, chopped

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese. Mix until well-combined.
3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
4. Spread the chicken and cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
5. Roll the dough tightly from one of the longer sides into a log. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the rolls.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
8. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
