Ingredients

  • 24 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and cool.
  4. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
