Ingredients
12 jumbo pasta shells
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente, drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Place the stuffed shells on top of the sauce and pour the remaining marinara sauce over them.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding spinach or mushrooms to the filling.
These stuffed shells can be prepared in advance and refrigerated before baking.
