Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 cups water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. 2. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3. Add macaroni, kidney beans, chili seasoning, and water to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  4. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10–12 minutes until macaroni is cooked.
