Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups pasta sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  4. 4. Stir in the pasta sauce with the browned beef and let simmer for a few minutes.
  5. 5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, ricotta cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese. Mix well.
