Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or cheese of choice)
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Stir in the sliced smoked sausage.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
