Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (sliced or shredded — grilled or rotisserie)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons (optional, for added crunch)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Olive oil (optional, for grilling the wrap)

Instructions

  1. 1. Shred or thinly slice the cooked chicken and place it in a medium bowl. Toss with Caesar dressing.
  2. 2. Add chopped romaine to the bowl and fold gently to combine, ensuring the lettuce remains crisp.
  3. 3. Stir in grated Parmesan and croutons (if using) and season with black pepper.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 10-20 seconds on each side or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
