Description
A quick and portable Chicken Caesar Wrap that turns a classic salad into a satisfying handheld meal.
Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas or wraps
1 cup cooked chicken breast (sliced or shredded)
2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
¼ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Croutons (optional, for added crunch)
Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Olive oil (optional, for grilling the wrap)

Instructions
1. Slice or shred the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
2. Toss chicken and lettuce with Caesar dressing in a medium bowl.
3. Fold in the grated Parmesan and black pepper, adding croutons if desired.
4. Warm the tortilla in a skillet or microwave for easier rolling.
5. Lay the tortilla flat and spoon half the chicken-Caesar filling down the center.
6. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up, then fold both sides toward the center, and roll tightly.
7. Lightly brush the outside with olive oil and grill if desired until golden and crispy.
8. Slice the wrap in half on the diagonal and serve immediately.
