Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  3. 3. Stir in the mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions.
  5. 5. Layer the chicken mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. 6. Pour the prepared stuffing mix over the chicken mixture, spreading it gently.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the top is golden brown.
