Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery, sautéing until softened.
