Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli; sauté for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
