Ingredients
2 packages (3 ounces each) ramen noodles
2 tablespoons sesame oil (divided)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
3 cups broccoli florets
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish
Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon sriracha (or to taste)
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions
1. Prep ingredients by dicing chicken, cutting vegetables, and mixing sauce.
2. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then drain.
3. Brown the chicken in a skillet with sesame and olive oil for 6–7 minutes.
4. Remove chicken and stir-fry the vegetables for 3–4 minutes.
5. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
6. Return chicken to the skillet, add drained noodles, and pour sauce over.
7. Toss everything until coated and heated through, adding reserved cooking water if needed.
8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
