Description

A quick and easy dish that combines comforting ramen flavors with tender chicken and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through.

  5. 5. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
