Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the chicken breasts and sear each side until golden brown, about 5 minutes each.
  6. Add the asparagus to the skillet and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken and asparagus.
