  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. 2. Combine grated zucchini, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl until well blended.
