Description

A rich and decadent chocolate fondant that boasts a molten chocolate center, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 50g all-purpose flour
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. 2. Preheat your Airfryer to 180°C (356°F).
  3. 3. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together over a pot of simmering water until smooth.
  4. 4. Whisk the sugar and eggs together until frothy.
  5. 5. Combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture without cooking the eggs.
  6. 6. Gently fold in the flour and a pinch of salt.
  7. 7. Grease your ramekins and dust with cocoa powder or flour.
  8. 8. Pour the batter into the ramekins, filling them about three-quarters full.
  9. 9. Cook in the Airfryer for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are set but the center is soft.
  10. 10. Let cool for a minute, then invert onto plates and serve warm.
