Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for mousse)
1 cup chocolate ganache (prepared)

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter, then stir in both sugars until combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
3. Mix in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture until well combined.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips and spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
7. For the mousse, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then fold in vanilla.
8. Spread the mousse over the cooled brownies and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
9. Top with chocolate ganache before serving. Cut into squares and enjoy!
