1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix until no lumps remain.
2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
