  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. 2. Mix brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl for the cinnamon swirl and set aside.
  3. 3. Cream unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. 4. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. 5. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. 6. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture.
  7. 7. Spread half the batter in the Bundt pan, sprinkle the cinnamon swirl mixture, top with remaining batter, and swirl it gently.
