Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and roll out the pie crust into a pie dish.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
