Description

A light and fluffy alternative to traditional bread, perfect for low-carb or gluten-free diets.

Ingredients

  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 2.5 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. 1. Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whip the egg whites with a mixer until big bubbles form.
  3. 3. Add the sugar to the egg whites.
  4. 4. Continue to whip the egg whites and sugar until small bubbles form.
  5. 5. Add the cornstarch and whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.
  6. 6. Pour the egg white mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You can shape it into a loaf or a mound.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
