Ingredients

  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sugar, flour, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites and vanilla extract until frothy.
