Description

Delightful cookies combining chocolate sandwich cookies with creamy white chocolate chips, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 Oreo or chocolate sandwich cookies (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened butter and sugar until well combined.
  4. 4. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and lump-free.
  5. 5. Switch to low speed and slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until cookie dough forms.
  6. 6. Mix in chopped cookies and white chocolate chips until evenly combined.
  7. 7. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough, roll into a ball, and gently press down.
  8. 8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are set and centers look slightly underbaked.
