Ingredients
200 g cottage cheese
1 egg
20 g vegetable oil
220 g flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
A large pinch of salt

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, and vegetable oil. Blend until smooth.
2. Add flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring to combine and lightly knead until the dough comes together.
3. Divide the dough into four equal portions and form balls, gently flattening them.
4. Arrange the buns in the air fryer basket with space between them.
5. Air fry at 160°C for 16-17 minutes until golden brown.
6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite toppings.
