Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment for easier release.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. 3. In another bowl, combine orange juice, melted butter, sugar, egg, and orange zest; whisk until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. 5. Fold in the chopped cranberries gently.
