Description
A comforting and creamy casserole featuring cheese tortellini baked in Alfredo sauce, topped with melty mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
20 ounces cheese tortellini
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup frozen peas
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Add the cheese tortellini to the prepared baking dish. Pour in the hot water and sprinkle frozen peas and crumbled bacon over the tortellini.
3. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the tortellini and gently combine, ensuring the pasta is coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
