Instructions
1. Toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, then bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
7. Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
