Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the shredded chicken and corn to the skillet, stirring well.
  5. 5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. 6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
