Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 strips of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh corn (or canned/frozen corn)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving drippings in the skillet.
  3. 3. Add diced chicken to the same skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4. Add corn and garlic powder to the chicken, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring and letting it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Return the cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet, tossing to combine with the creamy sauce.
