Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 refrigerated pie crust
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
Unroll the refrigerated pie crust over the filling, trimming the excess and crimping the edges.
