Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Add the chicken breasts, sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to your crockpot.

  3. 3. Remove the cooked chicken breasts from the crockpot and shred the meat with two forks.
