Description

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
Fresh herbs (like thyme or parsley)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

Instructions
1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side.
4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Stir in Dijon mustard and cook for another minute.
7. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
8. Add fresh herbs, then return the chicken to the skillet.
9. Simmer for a few minutes to heat through and thicken the sauce.
10. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
