Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until nicely browned; drain excess fat.
  3. 3. Add the diced onion, sliced mushrooms, and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth; mix until well combined and simmer until slightly thickened.
